Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The product is unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used IPL devices cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
